Description
We are seeking an electrical controls designer to work in our engineering department designing electrical control systems for industrial machinery. Daily responsibilities include designing and creating electrical schematics, panel layouts and interconnect diagrams using AutoCAD and generating bills of material such that electrical assemblers can build control panels and wire machinery from these designs.
Requirements
Successful candidate must possess:
- Minimum of an associates degree in related field (electrical or mechanical technology preferred), or equivalent experience in the design of industrial electrical controls
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office products and AutoCAD
- Ability to communicate well on all levels, verbal and written
